Kendamil® Premium 2 HMO+ Follow-On Formula is intended for infants over 6 months of age, to be fed as part of a diet appropriate to the baby's developmental stage.

The Kendamil® Premium 2 HMO+ Follow-On Formula formula is based on full-fat cow's milk from free-range cows.

Kendamil® Premium 2 HMO+ Follow-On Milk Powder contains:

• 3-galactosyllactose – an oligosaccharide belonging to the HMO (Human Milk Oligosaccharide) group, naturally occurring in breast milk
• DHA* – docosahexaenoic acid, which, when consumed daily at 100 mg, supports normal visual development in infants up to 12 months of age
• Vitamin D*, which contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system in children
• Calcium, which is necessary for normal growth and bone development in children
• Iodine*, which supports normal child development
• GOS and FOS prebiotics.

A special processing procedure ensures a creamy, milky taste and preserves the high nutritional value of whole milk, combined with all the essential vitamins and minerals your child needs.

The 800 g Kendamil® Premium HMO+ 2 Follow-On Milk Powder is fully recyclable.

*As required by law, all follow-on formulas contain DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), vitamin D, and iodine.

How to use: 

This powdered follow-on formula is suitable for infants from 6 to 12 months of age.

Unless otherwise directed by a doctor:

• Children from 6 months of age: need approximately 600 ml of milk daily
• Standard preparation of Kendamil® Premium 2 HMO+: 1 level scoop (4.3 g of powder) per 30 ml of water, equivalent to 93 kJ (22 kcal). For example:
• Add 5 scoops of powder to 150 ml of water
• Add 6 scoops of powder to 180 ml of water
• Add 7 scoops of powder to 210 ml of water
• These values ​​should be considered approximate. Adjust the size and number of daily servings to your child's nutritional needs
• Wash your hands before preparing a serving of baby formula
• Boil the bottle and nipple in water for at least 5 minutes
• Boil fresh drinking water for 5 minutes and then allow to cool (to approximately 40°C). Do not reuse boiled water
• Pour the appropriate amount of water into the boiled bottle (according to the feeding table)
• Using only the included, washed and dried measuring cup, measure the exact number of flat, uncompacted servings of powder and add them to the prepared bottle. Follow the instructions in the feeding table
• Close the bottle and shake vigorously vertically for 10 seconds until the powder is completely dissolved
• Place a sterilized nipple on the bottle
• Check the milk temperature on the inside of your wrist before serving (recommended temperature is 37°C)
• Wash the bottle and nipple immediately after use.

Contraindications:

Allergy to any ingredient of Kendamil® Premium HMO+ 2 follow-on milk powder.

Warnings:

• Kendamil® 2 Premium HMO+ follow-on milk is intended for infants aged 6 to 12 months and should only be part of a varied diet (it is not suitable as the sole source of nutrition). Kendamil® Premium 2 HMO+ follow-on formula should not be used as a substitute for breast milk during the first 6 months of an infant's life
• The decision to introduce follow-on formula into a child's diet should be made only on the advice of a doctor or a qualified medical, nutrition, or maternal-child care professional, depending on the individual growth and developmental needs of the infant
• A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for a child's health
• Incorrect preparation, storage, and feeding methods can pose a risk to the child's health. Unboiled water, unboiled bottles, or incorrectly prepared product can harm your child
• Always boil the water and sterilize the bottle before boiling a portion of formula. Remember to prepare the milk according to the instructions on the package and prepare only one portion at a time, which you will give to your child immediately
• Before opening the lid for the first time, check that the protective clip is not damaged. If any damage occurs, discard the product. Do not use.
• Never add additional scoops of powder to prepared formula
• Milk should always be prepared immediately before consumption and used within 2 hours of preparation
• Never reuse any unused portion of milk. Discard any unused portion immediately after a meal
• Heating milk in a microwave is not recommended due to the risk of burns
• Protect your child's oral hygiene, especially before bedtime. When bottle-feeding, avoid unnecessary, prolonged contact of the pacifier with the child's teeth to avoid increasing the risk of tooth decay
• Store this product in its original, tightly closed packaging, in a dry place, at a temperature below 25°C. Do not refrigerate or freeze
• Use the package within 4 weeks of first opening.
