A serving of 40 g dissolved in 500 ml of water.
Consume 500 – 1000 ml of SiS GO Electrolyte per hour during exercise to obtain both the necessary energy and the correct hydration. Consume a maximum of 6 servings per day. If it is not practical for you to consume this amount of fluid during exercise, SiS GO Electrolyte can be consumed together with the range of SiS isotonic gels or SiS energy bars to ensure the necessary carbohydrate intake (the body can process 60 grams of carbohydrates per hour).
