Insert the cuff onto your arm, position the air tube centrally inside your arm and align it with your ring finger.
The cuff should be tight enough to allow you to insert a finger between it and your arm.
Sit comfortably with your arm resting on a flat surface.
Press the Start button.
The measurement will start, after which the result will be displayed.
