How do you take creatine?

Complete an eight-week creatine course in this manner, then take a four-week break, and then resume with the same dosage schedule.

Creatine monohydrate should only be taken for a limited period of a few weeks. Children and adolescents under 18 years of age should not use this supplement. Taking it can cause increased water retention, which can lead to weight gain.
