Description
Dietary supplement containing vitamins, magnesium, and taurine, in single-dose sachets. This comprehensive magnesium-based formulation is recommended for use in situations of stress (folic acid), fatigue (folic acid, magnesium, vitamins B6, B12), and muscle fatigue (magnesium, vitamin D). The magnesium salt used, magnesium glycerophosphate, has been shown to have excellent gastrointestinal tolerability. Vitamins B6, B12, and B9 are present in their natural and most effective forms. They are immediately absorbed and active without transformation.
Suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients
Magnesium glycerophosphate (1800 mg), flavorings: citric acid, orange juice powder and citrus flavorings, taurine, sweetener: steviol glycosides, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), calcium L-methylfolate, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), cholecalciferol (vitamin D).
Free from soy and milk proteins.

Gluten, lactose and soy free.

How to use
1 sachet per day to be dissolved in a glass of water (150) and mix well.
