How to use
For adults aged 50 and over, the recommended dose is one tablet daily, even between meals, to be swallowed with water. It's easy to swallow; all you need is a glass of water. If necessary, the tablet can be conveniently split into two halves for easier administration.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
Store in a dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, in the tightly closed original container. Do not use if the aluminum foil is damaged when the cap is opened.
