First commissioning:
Remove the battery protection strip from the battery compartment.
Mounting the pet accessory:
Align the attachment bracket with the glass edges of the bathroom scale.
Push the accessory from the back to the front until it stops, so that the display remains free.
Inserting or changing batteries:
Unscrew the battery compartment on the bottom of the scale with a screwdriver.
Remove the cover and empty batteries.
Insert three new AAA batteries, observing the indicated polarity.
Close the compartment and tighten the screws.
When the display shows “Lo”, replace the batteries.
Pet Mode:
Make sure the pet accessory is mounted correctly and cannot move sideways.
Turn on the device with the ON/OFF/VOLUME key.
When zero appears on the display, weighing can begin.
If the animal weighs more than 2.5 kg, you can place it directly on the scale.
The device turns on automatically.
You can adjust the display orientation by briefly pressing the LCD/HOLD key.
The screen should show zero.
Select the desired unit of measurement (kg, lb, oz, lb:oz) with the UNIT key.
The scale remembers the last setting as long as the batteries are not changed.
Place the animal in the middle of the scale.
If you do not want direct contact, use a stand, place it on the scale and press the ON/OFF/TARE key.
The surface of the support must not exceed the edges of the accessory.
The scale has automatic and manual HOLD functions.
The automatic function displays the weight after stabilization.
If the animal moves too much, press the LCD/HOLD key briefly when it is as still as possible. The weight will be displayed stably in 3 seconds.
To turn off manually, press and hold the ON/OFF/VOLUME key for 3 seconds.
In automatic mode, the scale stops after 30 seconds of no action.
Switching between pet mode and human mode:
Remove the pet accessory, if fitted.
Turn on the device with the ON/OFF/VOLUME key.
When the display shows zero, weighing can begin.
Adjust the display orientation by briefly pressing the LCD/HOLD key.
Select the desired unit of measurement with the UNIT key.
Human mode (without pet accessory):
Step directly onto the scale for measurement.
Alternatively, turn on the scale with the ON/OFF/TARE key and wait for the display to show zero.
During weighing, the other keys are disabled to avoid accidental presses.
The scale automatically turns off after 30 seconds.
It cannot be stopped manually in this mode.
