Application:

Take only once a day.

A daily serving consists of one sachet of powder (2 g) and one capsule. Empty the powder (1 sachet) into a glass and dissolve it in approximately 100 ml of still water while stirring. Drink on an empty stomach at least 15 minutes before a meal.

Take the capsule with a meal and some liquid, e.g. a glass of water.

The powder contains the bacterial culture Lactobacillus plantarum 299v. The capsule contains vitamin D, calcium, and B vitamins.
