optidrop INTENSIVE MOISTURIZATION eye drops are a sterile eye solution with a physiological pH, containing cross-linked hyaluronic acid and aqueous distillates of chamomile (Chamomilla recutita (L.) Rauschel) and wild mallow (Malva sylvestris L.). Cross-linked hyaluronic acid, produced using a patented technology, retains all the properties of linear hyaluronic acid while having characteristics that ensure greater stability and longer corneal-conjunctival durability because it is broken down more slowly by the hyaluronidase enzyme.

The cross-linked structure of hyaluronic acid provides improved hydration and tear film stabilization. Therefore, this form of hyaluronic acid is particularly recommended for the treatment of dry eyes.

optidrop INTENSIVE MOISTURIZING eye drops also contain:

- water distillates of chamomile and wild mallow providing a moisturizing effect,

- sodium chloride and phosphate buffer to provide physiological solution.

The formula has been developed to ensure maximum comfort from the very first application. It is recommended for daily use, day and night.

optidrop INTENSIVE HYDRATION eye drops are compatible with soft contact lenses. Contains no preservatives.

Intended use: Optidrop Eye drops INTENSIVE MOISTURIZING is recommended in the following cases:

- restoration and improvement of tear film stability in dry eye syndrome,

- relief of redness, dryness and eye discomfort caused by:

- environmental factors (air conditioning, excessive exposure to sunlight, wind, smoke, pollution, sea or pool water and sea air),

- eye strain caused by: studying, long-term use of a computer,

- abnormal tearing due to inflammation,

- abnormal tearing after eye surgery,

- use of soft or semi-rigid contact lenses,

- refractive surgery procedures.

Composition: Aqueous solution of cross-linked sodium hyaluronate (including 0.3% cross-linked sodium hyaluronate), aqueous distillate of chamomile, aqueous distillate of wild mallow, sodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium phosphate monohydrate, sodium chloride, water for injection.

Instructions for use:

- Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before use.

- Remove the safety seal before use.

- Remove the cap to open the bottle.

- Invert the bottle and gently squeeze 2 drops into each eye.

- Wait a few seconds after each drop without squeezing the bottle. This allows enough air to return to the sterile air filter system; otherwise, it will be more difficult to squeeze the drop.

- Gradually emptying the bottle may require squeezing it harder to dispense the product. This is due to the nature of the closure system, which maintains sterility and the chemical and physical properties of preservative-free solutions. A small amount of solution will always remain in the bottle.

- After use, shake off any remaining drop from the tip.

- Close the bottle with the cap immediately after use.

- Do not put the cap back on while the container is still squeezed.

- Do not touch the applicator tip to eyes, fingers or any other surface.

- The contents of the bottle should be used within 3 months of first opening.

Warnings and precautions:

- This product is intended for eye use only.

- For external use, do not swallow.

- The product should be used by one person.

- Do not use the product if the packaging shows signs of damage or leakage.

- Do not use if particles and/or discoloration of the solution are visible.

- During application, do not touch the eye or any other surface with the dispensing edge of the container.

- Do not use the product after the expiry date stated on the packaging.

- Do not use in case of known intolerance to any of the ingredients, including plants from the mallow and/or asteraceae family.

- In case of severe damage to the clear layer on the surface of the eye (cornea), phosphates may, in very rare cases, cause the cornea to become cloudy due to calcium build-up during the healing process.

- Keep out of the reach and sight of children.

- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before using this product.

- The product is not intended for children.

- If side effects occur during use, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor.

- After using the product, the packaging should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

- Do not attempt to disassemble the bottle valve.

- Any serious incidents that occur in connection with this product should be reported to the manufacturer and the relevant authorities.
