Meal replacement for a weight control diet
As part of a weight loss diet, one or two main meals can be replaced with OPTIFAST Selection Drinks & Cremes powder. The sachets contain essential nutrients and should be taken with sufficient fluid intake (at least 2 liters of low-calorie drink per day).
OPTIFAST Selection drinks are available in a set with chocolate, vanilla, coffee and strawberry flavors. OPTIFAST Selection creams are available in a set with vanilla and chocolate flavors.
If all daily meals are replaced with OPTIFAST drinks and creams, OPTIFAST should not be used for more than 3 weeks without medical advice.
