I loved the description of this magnesium and purchased it with enthusiasm. I was thinking of taking a classic magnesium supreme with hot water. I do not doubt the validity of this magnesium, but in fact it does not dissolve easily and is not very pleasant to taste. Accustomed with the taste to magnesium supreme this unfortunately I do not tolerate it and, I found it difficult to make it dissolve. So I did not use it much to my regret. Now it sits there in the cupboard and I don't know how I can use it.

Non metto in dubbio la validità di questo magnesio, ma di fatto non si scioglie facilmente ed è poco gradevole al gusto. Abituata col gusto al magnesio supremo questo purtroppo non lo tollero e, ho trovato difficoltà a farlo sciogliere. Quindi non l'ho usato molto con mio grande dispiacere.
