Ingredients:

1:3.75 extract in a hydroalcoholic solution (ethyl alcohol/water - mass ratio 35/65) from the aerial parts of Lycopodium clavatum.

How to use:

• Internal use: For adults only: 1/2-1 teaspoon of tincture diluted in 100 ml of water (half a glass) 4 times a day, 30 minutes before meals
• External use: To reduce joint dysfunction, apply the tincture in the form of compresses, which are left on the affected area for 1-3 hours. Before administering the product, it is recommended to apply a topical cream with plant extract, clay, or resin
• To maintain scalp health and combat hair loss, rub the tincture into the scalp 2-3 times a week.

Precautions:

• People with gastric sensitivity are advised to take the product after a meal
• Do not use in cases of chronic renal failure
• Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Do not use in case of intolerance to any of the product's ingredients.
