PH-FIX indicator strips for pH determination

PH-FIX indicator strips enable quick and easy pH measurement directly on-site, without lengthy preparation. They are always ready for use and guarantee clear color separation, ensuring the sample is not affected by indicator dyes.

Applications

PH-FIX strips, labelled according to IVD Directive 98/79/EC, offer a wide range of uses:

• pH-Fix 4.5–10.0: Measurement of the pH value of urine, also suitable for self-application.
• pH-Fix 4.5–10.0 PT & pH-Fix 2.0–9.0: Optimal for determining the pH of gastric juice.
• pH-Fix 3.1–8.3: Determination of the pH value of saliva.
• pH-Fix 3.6–6.1 & pH-Fix 3.6–6.1 PT: Testing the pH value of vaginal secretions.

Product features

The PH-FIX products are also classified according to the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC. In particular, the pH-Fix 3.6–6.1 and pH-Fix 3.6–6.1 PT strips are suitable for determining the pH value of rinsing solutions after disinfection of dialysis machines.
