Prim's Bruxicalm Sport is designed for athletes and sportspeople during any situation where dental integrity is at risk. It is placed between the upper and lower teeth, preventing grinding and impact.

The shape of Bruxicalm can be customized for each user by immersing it in hot water.

Place the splint in hot water (70°C) for 30 seconds. Attach it to your upper dentures, then close your mouth and suck for 1 minute. Finally, place it in cold water for 20 minutes.

Make sure the splint stays on the teeth on its own; if not, repeat the procedure.

To adjust the length as needed, cut the splint along the indicated marks.
