Psyllium seeds contain a large amount of soluble fiber. Some of the benefits of psyllium seeds are reducing cholesterol and blood sugar, reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases, balancing body weight. It has laxative, antidiuretic, antacid and calming qualities, regulating bowel functions.
Administration:
Administer 1-3 teaspoons of seeds in 250 g of liquid (water, soup, vegetable or fruit juice), then drink another 250 ml of liquid, so that they increase their volume and the desired effect.
