Description
Food supplement with 99% pure psyllium fiber, with sweeteners.
The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in Psyllogel Fibra is useful for:
- promote regular intestinal transit thanks to the formation of soft, flowing stools;
- promote the balance of intestinal bacterial flora;
- help slow the absorption of nutrients and promote the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.
4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra powder provide 12 g of 99% pure psyllium fibre.

Ingredients
Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forssk., tegumentum seminis) seed 99% pure, maltodextrin, aroma; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.

Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fibra NEUTRO per day, at any time of day or as directed by your doctor/pharmacist. Psyllogel Fibra NEUTRO should be taken with adequate amounts of water: pour the contents of one sachet into a glass (200 ml), fill with still water, stir well for a few seconds, and drink immediately.

Warnings
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medications. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Also suitable for pregnant women. Contains no lactose.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, humidity, and heat. The best-before date applies to products stored properly in their original packaging.
