RefectoCil's 3% Cream Oxidant ensures a perfect colouring result and the Blonde Brow only works with it.
It can be used without worry on the sensitive area around the eyes.
Its creamy consistency makes it easy to mix with eyelash and eyebrow dyes.
Its dropper device allows for precise and economical dosing of mixtures.
The nozzle ensures that there are no impurities in the bottle.

How to use:
STEP 1: Preparation
Cleanse your eyebrows with RefectoCil Micellar Makeup Remover.
Eyebrows should be clean, dry and free of oily residue.

STEP 2: Mixing & Application
Mix 2cm of paste with 20-25 drops of RefectoCil Cream Oxidant.
Mix for at least 2 minutes until a creamy paste is obtained.
If the texture is not creamy enough, add drops of Cream Oxidant.
Then apply to the eyebrows.

STEP 3: Exposure time
Leave on for between 5 and 20 minutes, depending on the desired lightening.
5 minutes: a clearer tone.
12 minutes: two shades lighter.
20 minutes: three shades lighter.

STEP 4: Ready!
Remove the bleaching paste with Micellar Makeup Remover.
