Ingredients/tablet:
- bulking agents: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, pregelatinized starch; Aquamin Mg TG/marine magnesium - 121.21 mg; Acerola fruit powder (Malpighia glabra), with 35% Vitamin C - 85.72 mg; Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract, with 98% 5-HTP/5-hydroxytryptophan - 80.00 mg; hydroethanolic extract from Rhodiola rosea roots, with 3% rosavin and 1% salidroside - 45.00 mg; Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis), with min. 0.8% valerian acid - 40.00 mg; extract from Passion Flower (Passiflora caerulea), with min. 3.5% flavonoids - 40.00 mg; glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, talc, titanium dioxide, indigo carmine, yellow iron oxide; extract from the leaves of Roiniță (Melissa officinalis), with 2% flavones - 25.00 mg; hardening agent: polyvinylpyrrolidone; vitamin B6/pyridoxine chloride - 12.20 mg; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide.

Administration method:
1 film-coated tablet each, twice a day, at meals or as recommended by the specialist consultant.
As a sleep inducer, 1 film-coated tablet half an hour before bedtime.

• It is not recommended for people with lactose intolerance
• It is not recommended for people allergic to any of the product's components.
• Consumption during pregnancy or breastfeeding is only done on the doctor's recommendation.
• Do not use after the expiry date written on the packaging.
• Keep out of the reach and sight of small children.
• Store at temperatures below 25°C, in the original packaging, protected from moisture and light.
• Do not exceed recommended dose for daily consumption.
