- valerian (Valeriana officinalis) is a perennial plant, the part of the plant that is used is the root, which contains more than 1% essential oils and, mostly, isovaleric acid;
- valerian is recommended in states of irritability, nervousness, emotions before an exam, sleep disorders, palpitations, heart problems on a nervous background;
- the passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) is widely used due to its effects of inducing a state of restful sleep, of good quality, and can reduce states of irritability, mental tension, stress or insomnia;
- mint (Mentha piperita) can improve digestion and relieve headaches;
- lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) can have antispasmodic, antidiarrheal, antiemetic properties, can alleviate digestive disorders, increase gall bladder secretion, can reduce the effects of bloating and flatulence.

Way of ussage:
1-2 coated tablets, 2-3 times a day: for relaxation, in case of stress or intellectual overwork, 1-2 coated tablets, one hour before going to bed: to improve the quality of sleep.
