This complex of active ingredients helps maintain normal muscle function during periods of discomfort caused by cramps.

Whether occasional or regular, cramps are involuntary and temporary muscle contractions of various origins:

- Of metabolic origin, cramps can be favored by dehydration of the body and deficiencies of potassium, vitamins B1, B5 and B6: it is advisable to drink water regularly, to favor fruit and vegetables rich in vitamins and minerals, to eat whole grains and legumes.
