Advanced dressing recommended for the treatment of wounds and the prevention of abnormal scarring.

Properties:
- it is the first advanced film-type dressing approved for direct use on non-epithelialized wounds and compromised skin, immediately after the completion of the procedure;
- silicone gel approved to be applied directly to the non-epithelialized wound;
- class II medical device;
- after drying, Stratamed forms a flexible, air-permeable and water-resistant dressing, which protects the wound from bacterial contamination and creates the optimal conditions for faster healing of the wound;
- maintains optimal hydration in the depth of the skin tissue and significantly reduces specific symptoms such as pain, burning sensation and itching, favoring faster re-epithelialization and the formation of a new normal tissue, uniform with the surrounding ones;
- prevents the abnormal deposition of collagen fibers and reduces inflammation, preventing the formation of pathological hypertrophic and keloid scars;
- prevents complications at the level of the wound such as infection or delayed re-epithelialization, factors that favor abnormal scarring;

Way of ussage:
Ensures the treatment of a 4-8 cm wound. It is applied twice a day for 90 days. Recommended duration of treatment: 60-90 days or according to the doctor's instructions.
