- Measuring Range: 50-500 mg/dL (0.56-5.6 mmol/L)
- Average Reading Time: Approximately 30 Seconds
- Storage Conditions: 5-30°C.
Result Table:
- Below 50 mg/dL (0.5 mmol/L) = LO *
- Between 50 mg/dL (0.5 mmol/L) and 500 mg/dL (5.6 mmol/L) = Numeric Result
- Above 500 mg/dL (5.6 mmol/L) = HI **.
* Repeat the test.
**These results mean that the triglyceride value in the sample is very high and indicates a serious risk (contact your doctor immediately).
Triglyceride values:
- Less than 150 mg / dl (1.7 mmol / L) = Normal
- Borderline high = 150-199 mg / dl (1.7-2.2 mmol / L)
- High = 200-499 mg / dl (2.3-5.6 mmol / L)
- Very high = 500 mg / dl (5.6 mmol / L) or higher.
