Tyrosine – is an endogenous amino acid that is a precursor to the thyroid hormones, T3 and T4. A deficiency of this compound is associated with hypothyroidism.

· Iodine – is one of the most important mineral components to ensure the proper functioning of the thyroid gland. Iodine deficiency leads to the inability to produce thyroid hormones.

Iron (in the form of amino acid chelate) - is a component of iodide peroxidase, which is an enzyme responsible for the synthesis of thyroid hormones. Iron deficiency contributes to increased secretion of TSH and reduced production of thyroid hormones by reducing the conversion of T4 to T3.

· Zinc (in the form of amino acid chelate) - is a component of T3 receptor proteins. It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant properties and supports the activity of the immune system. When its concentration in the blood decreases, the titer of antithyroid antibodies increases (anti-TG, anti-TPO). Zinc deficiency also results in reduced levels of T3 and T4.

· Vitamin D3 - has a strong immunomodulatory effect and plays a very important role in autoimmune thyroid diseases. It affects the regulation of proliferation and differentiation of immune system cells. In scientific research, a correlation has been observed, the greater the vitamin D deficiency, the higher the TSH value.

· Vitamins A and E – are natural compounds with antioxidant activity, counteract free oxygen radicals and alleviate oxidative stress - which destroys thyroid tissue cells.

· B-complex vitamins - are necessary for proper thyroid function. Studies have shown that animals suffering from hypothyroidism are often deficient in folic acid and vitamin B12, which is necessary for optimal activity of the enzyme responsible for creating T3.

· Ashwagandha – optimizes the body's response to stress, stimulates the thyroid gland to produce triiodothyronine and thyroxine.

Method of administration:
