How to use
Take 10 ml in 120 ml of water, preferably before breakfast or two hours before exercise. How to open the bottle: Slowly unscrew the cap and wait a few seconds, close the bottle and always shake gently before use. Any effervescence upon opening the product is due to the nature of the ingredients.
