Ingredients/capsule:
Marine magnesium extract standardized to 55% Mg – 227.33; vegetable capsule; 25:1 extract from Acerola fruit (Malpighia glabra), standardized with 34-38% native vitamin C – 78.67 mg; Dried and inactivated brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), enriched with Zinc 100,000 mcg/g – 33.33 mg; Dried and inactivated brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), enriched with selenium (L-selenomethionine) 2,000 mcg/g – 9.17 mg; Dried and inactivated brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), powder – 5.83 mg; Natural vitamin D3 from sheep's wool 100,000 IU/g – 0.67 mg.
The recommended dose of 3 capsules/day provides:
– 100% NRV Mg (i.e. 375 mg),
– 100% NRV vitamin C (i.e. 80 mg),
– 100% NRV vitamin D3 (i.e. 5 mcg),
– 100% NRV Se (i.e. 55 mcg),
– 100% NRV Zn (i.e. 10 mg).

Method of administration:
- 1-3 capsules per day / as recommended by the specialist.
