Vitamin D:

How to use:

• The recommended portion for consumption during the day:
• drop – infants and children up to 7 years;
• 2 drops – children 8 - 18 years;
• 5 drops – healthy adults up to 75 years old;
• 10 drops – only healthy adults over 75 years.

Serve in the mouth, under the tongue or on the spoon.

Contents in one drop:

• vitamin D3 10μg (400 IU)/ 200% RDA

Ingredients: MCT oil (medium chain triglycerides from coconut oil), antioxidant: tocopherol (natural vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3)* * from lanolin from live sheep wool.
