Use

Carefully open the package and separate the socks for your left and right feet. Place them on clean, dry feet and adjust the fit using the stickers. Leave on for 10–15 minutes to allow the active ingredients to absorb. Remove the socks and massage the remaining balm into your feet and calves. Do not rinse.

Tear off the fingertips along the perforations if you want to do a pedicure.
