I’ve been taking this supplement for over 6 years now. It really does help relieve the pain associated with osteoarthritis. It was recommended to me by a trauma surgeon. The effects aren’t immediate, so you should take it regularly and consistently. I also find it very convenient that you only need to take it once a day. I prefer to take it in the morning before breakfast. It has a mild vanilla flavor. If you don’t like vanilla, you can simply mix the powder with a little more water—it still works very well for me. I take it twice a year, six months apart. I used to have to order this supplement from Ukraine because it wasn’t available here in Europe. So I’m all the more pleased that I can now order it right here! I’d be very happy if this supplement remained in the product lineup permanently and was always available. My personal experience over more than six years has been overwhelmingly positive.
