HOW TO USE

Rapid loading: Take a dose of 20-30g (3-5 scoops) divided into 4 daily doses for 7 days.
Slow loading: Take 6g/day (1 scoop) for 4 weeks.
Maintenance: Take 3 g/day (½ scoop) for 8-10 weeks.
