Description
Dietary supplement based on melatonin, valerian, passion flower and California poppy.
Its easy-to-swallow, double-layer tablet formula is designed to modulate the release of ingredients throughout the night.
The FIRST LAYER, with melatonin, dissolves quickly and helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime).
THE SECOND LAYER, which dissolves during the night, contains plant extracts, such as valerian, passion flower and California poppy, which help with relaxation, promoting restful sleep.
Suitable for vegans.

Stabilizer: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; aerial parts of passion flower (Passiflora incarnata L.), California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham.); bulking agents: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) tit. 0.8% valerenic acid; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; stabilizer: carboxymethylcellulose; melatonin; colorant: indigo carmine (E132).

How to use
Take 1 tablet, easy to swallow thanks to the new compact double-layer tablet format, half an hour before bedtime.
