Use

Face: Apply a small amount of oil to cleansed facial skin.

Body: apply to still damp skin after bathing.

Hair: Can be used both before and after washing. Before washing, as a regenerating conditioner, apply the oil to unwashed hair and cover with a towel. Wash after at least 30 minutes.

After washing: use as a serum before styling – apply a small amount to damp hair.
