Description

Shelled seeds Natural or Certified ecological. Seeds with an ovoid appearance, yellowish-white in color with greenish iridescence.
Hemp seeds are one of the most nutritious foods. Their taste is similar to that of pine and sunflower seeds. It is an ideal source of energy, gluten-free, rich in protein, containing 31% complete protein with all essential amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids with the ideal ratio between Omega 6 and Omega 3.
Way of ussage :
2 tablespoons of seeds (approx. 30g) are recommended for the daily requirement of essential fatty acids.
