Vitamin C food supplement.
Vitamin C is an essential nutrient for the body that promotes normal physiological functions and contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C has a recognized antioxidant effect that helps protect against cellular oxidative stress: smoking, smog, and poor diet can reduce its absorption, making it beneficial to supplement your diet. Vitamin C promotes greater iron absorption and is therefore useful in certain physiological situations, such as in women of childbearing age, during pregnancy, and during breastfeeding, when blood iron levels may be low or there may be an increased need. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen, a protein important for the natural function of bones, connective tissue (cartilage), skin, blood vessels, gums, and teeth.

How to use
The recommended dose is 1-2 tablets per day.
