Boswellia, licorice, and bistort are beneficial for the digestive system. Bistort, like Lady's Mantle, also supports regular bowel movements.

Frankincense resin (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.) titrated to 65% in boswellic acid, Alchemilla vulgaris L. plant powder, licorice roots (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) titrated to 10% in glycyrrhizic acid, bistorta rhizome powder [Persicaria bistorta (L.) Samp.]; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

How to use
One tablet twice a day, preferably away from meals.
