Start by cleansing your face with a cleanser appropriate for your skin type, making sure to remove all impurities and excess sebum.
Immediately after cleansing, apply toner to dry skin, either using a cotton pad or by pouring a few drops into your palms and applying directly to your face.
Gently pat your face to help the product penetrate the skin or, if you are using a cotton pad, gently wipe your face with upward movements.
Let the toner absorb completely into the skin, then continue with the serum, moisturizer, and other skincare products you normally use.
