Iron and vitamins

Description
Food supplement. Contains iron (II) from ferrous gluconate, vitamins C, B2, B6, and B12, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Contains selected herbs and concentrated fruit juices for a pleasant flavor. It is particularly suitable for women, including pregnant and breastfeeding women, adolescents, the elderly, and those with an active lifestyle.
Suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients
Aqueous extract (54%) of: carrot root, nettle leaf, spinach leaf, couch grass rhizome, fennel fruit, brown algae thallus, hibiscus flower, blend (29%) of concentrated fruit juices in varying proportions of: pear, grape, blackcurrant juice, blackberry, cherry, orange, beetroot, carob extract, water, lemon, apple, aqueous yeast extract, honey, aqueous extract of rose hip fruit with 4% vitamin C, ferrous gluconate, wheat germ extract, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), natural flavors, thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride), riboflavin (riboflavin 5'-phosphate, sodium), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Without preservatives, colorants, lactose .

How to use
Shake the bottle well before use. Use the supplied measuring cup. 10 ml twice daily, 30 minutes before main meals, away from coffee or black tea.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not drink directly from the bottle. To prevent fermentation of the contents, close the bottle immediately after each use.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 5°C and 25°C.
Shelf life in unopened packaging: 36 months.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.
