Hartmann Grassolind sterile dressing with ointment 20x20cm

Properties:
Grassolind Neutral is a dressing made of a large-mesh tulle mesh of pure cotton impregnated with a water-free ointment. The large-mesh tulle mesh allows for easy drainage of secretions, while the ointment provides elasticity to the wound edges, promoting the formation of granulation tissue, supporting epithelialization, and preventing the dressing from sticking to the wound. Dressing changes are painless and do not irritate the granulation tissue or the young epithelial layer.

Application:
For the dressing of wounds, especially superficial exuding wounds (such as abrasions, lacerations, contusions, burns caused by flames, hot liquids and caustic substances, and for covering tissue donor and application sites in skin graft practice, in plastic and cosmetic surgery, after nail removal, phimosis removal surgery, etc.).

Does not contain active or allergenic ingredients.
It does not stick to the wound, protects it from drying out, and prevents the scar from shrinking.
Provides good ventilation and oxygenation of the wound.
Permeable to secretions. In exuding wounds, an absorbent secondary dressing (e.g., Zetuvit® Plus) is required.
It can be cut into pieces of any size.
Sterile packaging.
