Sodium butyrate is a source of butyric acid, which can be helpful in the treatment of many gastrointestinal diseases. Butyric acid is naturally produced in the colon and immediately absorbed by epithelial cells as an energy source. The product has a distinctive odor, characteristic of sodium butyrate. This is noticeable because each capsule contains a high concentration of butyric acid.

How to use:

Adults: 1 capsule twice daily – after breakfast and dinner. The product should be taken whole with water. The duration of use should be as directed by your doctor.

Ingredients:

Sodium butyrate, capsule ingredients: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
