Do not heat the food in the microwave (risk of overheating). \ \ 1) Boil fresh drinking water and cool it to approx. 40°-50°c*. \ \ 2) Pour the desired amount of water into the bottle (see table). \ \ 3) Calculate the recommended amount of powder (see table). Fill the measuring cup loosely and remove the excess powder. Add the powder to the water. \ \ 4) Close the bottle and shake vigorously. \ \ 5) Cool to a drinking temperature of approx. 37°c.
