Properties:

Way of ussage:

• Follow the warm-up and cool-down instructions as directed. Apply for 20 minutes or as recommended by your doctor.
• For cold use: Freeze the compress for 4 hours before use. For warm use: You can use a microwave oven for the indicated time. Massage the compress gently to evenly distribute the heat, as indicated by the beads changing color, and test the temperature before use. Only one pack is heated at a time. Can be used with or without a disposable bag. For external use only. Do not put the disposable bag in the microwave.
