What is the ORMUS GEL medical device and what is it used for?

The ORMUS GEL medical device is indicated for external use to soothe skin irritations (itching, burning and swelling) and to support the treatment of pressure sores with uninterrupted skin continuity.
Thanks to the ingredients used, the ORMUS GEL medical device creates a protective film on the skin surface that prevents the negative effects of external factors.
It has a protective, nourishing and lubricating effect, providing relief from burning and itching.
The sodium hyaluronate contained in the medical device supports and accelerates the process of epidermal regeneration, supporting the healing process.

Important information before using the ORMUS GEL medical device

Contraindications :
Do not use the ORMUS GEL medical device:

• in case of previously diagnosed hypersensitivity to any of the components of the medical device (in case of doubt, apply a small amount of the product to the inside of the arm - if irritating red spots appear, do not use the product);
• in children, the product should only be used after consulting a doctor;
• for open wounds.

Warnings and precautions:
Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before using the product. If symptoms worsen or additional symptoms appear after using the product, discontinue use. Children should use the product under adult supervision. If symptoms persist, worsen, or an allergic reaction occurs after 7 days of first application, consult a doctor. Do not use for more than 15 days at a time without consulting a doctor.

How to use the ORMUS GEL medical device

Apply externally to the skin surface.
This product is intended for adult use only. Gently apply a thin layer of the preparation to clean, dry skin. Depending on the severity of symptoms, use 2-3 times daily, especially in the morning and evening. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after each use. Use the ORMUS GEL medical device until symptoms subside, but not for longer than 15 days without consulting a doctor. If symptoms worsen or your condition does not improve, consult a doctor as soon as possible. If you have any doubts or feel that the effect of the medical device is too strong or too weak, contact your doctor or pharmacist. If necessary, and after consulting a doctor, the medical device can be used longer.

Use of a larger than recommended dose of the ORMUS GEL medical device
Do not use higher doses than recommended.

Failure to use the ORMUS GEL medical device
Continue treatment as usual. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.

Possible side effects

If you experience any allergic reactions or other adverse reactions, discontinue use of the product and consult a physician if necessary. Report any adverse reactions to the manufacturer:

How to store the ORMUS GEL medical device

Store in the closed, original packaging at a temperature of 15-25ºC. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not use ORMUS GEL after the expiration date printed on the packaging. Once opened, use within 3 months.
