Taking Iron-Intercell plus C gastro-resistant capsules provides the body with iron, the absorption of which is supported by vitamin C. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and improves iron absorption.
Recommended intake
One capsule should be taken daily with sufficient liquid, ideally with a meal.
