Use

Bath:
Add 1 drop of thyme oil, 3 drops of lavender oil and 2 drops of rosemary oil to ½ bathtub of warm water.

Massage:
Mix 1 drop each of thyme and rosemary oil and 1-2 drops of lavender oil with 1 tablespoon of grapeseed or olive oil, then gently massage into the skin.

Air aromatization:
Add 2 drops of each oil to a diffuser or aroma burner filled with water.

Comments

Do not apply undiluted oils directly to the skin. To avoid allergic reactions, it is recommended to test a small patch of skin before use (dilute a drop of oil in a tablespoon of vegetable oil and apply to the skin).
