Kodan® Tincture Forte Colorless Pump Spray is a ready-to-use skin antiseptic with a long-lasting effect of at least 24 hours. It has a very broad antiseptic spectrum of activity (bactericidal including mycobacteria and MRSA, yeasticidal, fungicidal, limited virucidal including HIV, HBV, HCV, HSV) and is used both in preoperative skin antisepsis and in postoperative suture care. Furthermore, Kodan® Tincture Forte Colorless is suitable for use before catheterizations, injections, blood draws, punctures, excisions, cannulations, and biopsies, with the pump spray helping to thoroughly wet the affected areas.
