Titrated extract of 200mg
The main active ingredient of Turmeric is curcumin, which is found in the root of the plant and is the substance to which the plant owes its characteristic yellow color.
Lamberts' Turmeric Fast release is a standardized, high-potency extract obtained from the root of the plant and provides 95% curcumin, a percentage that corresponds to that used in the majority of published clinical studies.
Each tablet contains 200mg of titrated Turmeric root extract, equivalent to 10,000mg of spice powder. In addition, Lamberts Turmeric Fast release tablets are fast-release, ensuring immediate release and absorption of curcumin.

Directions for Use: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
