Monoethyl esters of higher fatty acids with a high content of essential unsaturated fatty acids omega-3, -6, -9.

Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) – supports the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels.

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 1 teaspoon (4 ml) daily, with a meal.
