Lefrosch Squamax salicylic-urea emulsion is a cosmetic product intended for skin care with psoriasis, dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis and eczema with hyperkeratosis. Suitable for skin with keratinization problems due to dermatological diseases. The Squamax cream formula contains:

• urea, which supports the changes in the chemical structure of proteins and the exposure of water binding sites, thus contributing to the improvement of the water content of the stratum corneum of the skin,
• salicylic acid, which helps to loosen intercellular connections, thus supporting the exfoliation and removal of unnecessary layers of keratinized epidermal cells,
• lactic acid, which is a non-toxic, safe and natural alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA). Supports calming, exfoliation and removal of calloused epidermis without leaving irritations,
• a moisturizing complex whose ingredients act as a naturally occurring moisturizing factor (NMF) in the skin and support proper skin hydration.

The combination of lactic acid, salicylic acid, urea and a blend of emollients helps to maintain proper hydration and lubrication of the skin and eliminate excessive keratinization without causing excessive oiliness. The formula is easily washed off with shampoo or soap.
