Instructions for use

To optimally replenish nutrient stores, it is recommended to take one Lutamax DUO 20mg capsule daily for the first 36 months of treatment. For long-term supply, a daily intake of one Lutamax DUO 10mg capsule is recommended from the 37th month onwards.
