How to use
The best time to take magnesium is between meals. In the morning, throughout the day, or during periods of increased tiredness and fatigue.
Adults: The recommended dosage is one teaspoon per day in a full glass of water (200 ml). Wait until the solution becomes clear, indicating the ideal time to take it. Warm or hot water is preferable to reduce preparation time. Take up to twice daily as needed.
Children: 11-14 years: one teaspoon once a day; 3-11 years: half a teaspoon once a day.
It can be taken at any time of day or during periods of increased fatigue. To promote absorption, it is recommended to take it between main meals.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
If a laxative effect occurs, it is recommended to reduce the dose and take it in the evening. If you experience gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the amount. In both cases, the dosage can then be increased to the best tolerated level.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, away from direct light and sources of heat and humidity.
Variations in taste and smell between packs are typical of a natural product and do not affect the quality of the product.
