Properties:
Melatonin is a naturally occurring chemical (a neurohormone) produced in the brain by the pineal gland and synthesized from the amino acid tryptophan. Its synthesis is stimulated by darkness and suppressed by light (during the day). Also, melatonin production decreases with age, even before adolescence.

Other ingredients : mannitol, maltose, starch, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium silicate, hydrogenated vegetable oil, stearic acid from vegetable sources, natural mint flavor, sucralose.
Does not contain : artificial colors, artificial flavors, preservatives, sodium, soy, dairy, ferments.

Mode of administration:
1 tablet before bed. Do not exceed the dose of one tablet in less than 24 hours.

Only for adults, administered before bedtime.
